In April of 2015 while on my way to work in Orlando I was rear ended by an 18 wheeler while stopped at a stop light. It was a low impact case but the impact had enough momentum to cause several herniated disc in my neck and one in my lower back. Although originally we were unaware of the extent of da...mage the impact had done to my neck and back I was in enough pain that Bill agreed to take the case. So what started off as something that I was only going to be out of work for 13 weeks turned into a year of extensive physical therapy, decompression therapy, traction therapy, steroid shots and eventually surgery. Bill and his staff were there to make sure I was informed and getting the assistance I needed to get better and put this accident behind me every step of the way. Bill was able to close (what for all practical purposes was a very hard low impact case with preexisting injuries from my time in the service) the case at our first litigation a year and a half after my accident. I had the unnerving pleasure of watching Bill negotiate the settlement during the litigation.
