i ultimately didn't get the chance to fully use umansky's services because of an uninsured motorist issue, however their customer service was fantastic. he called himself (which most attorney's never do) and even after there was nothing we could do based on the insurance contract i blindly signed, he... still went back and read it line by line to be sure we didn't miss a thing. he was more involved and concerned about making sure me and my daughter were ok than most of my friends! i really appreciated the personal attention and his staff was fabulous. no doubt, i would certainly call again if i needed legal services.

Recently I found myself in the most trouble I have ever been in with the law. As foolish as it may sound, I was pulled over going 64mph in a 45mph zone. Knowing the severity of the infraction and its hefty point and monetary consequences this was, regrettably, the absolute least of my worries. The re...sponding officer proceeded to ask me to conduct a field sobriety test and furthermore a Breathalyzer test to determine if any alcohol was present in my system. Being under the age of Twenty-One, a .02 is the legal limit for me. I am deeply ashamed to say this but the Breathalyzer indicated that my Blood-Alcohol-Content (BAC) was .116. My life, not to mention my driving record and insurance policy, as I knew it was about to be tarnished for the rest of my life because of the three numbers that showed up. I was issued a notice of suspension stating that after 10 days my license was to be suspended for 6 months. When I got home I asked Google who could possibly help me with my situation. As fate may have it Google answered "William David Umansky." I did some extensive research on this lawyer; everything that I could possibly find on him only made my decision an easier one to come to.
