Wow! I simply can not put into words how amazing my experience has been here. The Umansky law firm treated me just like family. I was involved in a car crash 6 months ago and I started experiencing light back pain. I was referred to Will Umansky through a friend and he helped to make sure I got ...the medical attention I needed. I did not think I was hurt at all first just sore. However, I get checked out and found that I had a very major case of whip lash and 5 bulging discs. I fear without the guidance of Will and his team I could be in a lot of pain and suffering permanent damage. Words do not describe the amazing help and respect your team provided for me during my time of need. If you value customer service and want a team that will not let you down this where you need to be. They will not let anyone walk over you, they will be honest and provide a amazing experience ! V and Randy returned my call every day no waiting ! Thank you !

Amazing experience! Communication was frequent and thoughrough. He and his firm did everything in their power to get me exceptional results from my case in a reasonable time. I wish I could give this firm 0 stars. The people who work for Bill are nice, but Bill himself is the rudest person I have ever paid to work on my case. Their firm is incompetent. I hired this firm to work on two separate cases, one which was an auto accident case, they dropped it automatically as so...on as the other company refused to pay simply because they didn't want to put any effort into the case, I hired a different lawyer and I ended up winning. I should have dropped my other case with this firm to see the incompetence but due to the reviews I gave them a shot, what a nightmare. They're extremely incompetent, I had to remind them to keep me updated all the time, they broke their confedienciality agreement (accidentally!) and in any disagreement Bill would call me to raise his voice at me and tell me how wrong I am. The lawyer personality never goes away, he's right, you're wrong and shut up, that's kinda what it was to work with this firm (even though I was the paying customer) Every time I complained that I would never hear from them, he would get offended and start arguing with me in a very rude manner. I would honestly not trust a man with such temper and delicate pride to represent me in a courtroom.
