Bankruptcy

Everyone in this law firm are friendly. The women I worked with were organized, reliable and knowledgeable. Walter Benenati (whom I hired) is very no-nonsense, direct and to the point. Exactly how you want your lawyer to be. He wants to win, period. His office handled all the paperwork, times, sc...hedules, emails and whatnot. I met with Walter for my consultation, and once before the hearing. His staff handled the rest. The hearing went smoothly, they represented me professionally and ended with a positive result. I will definitely recommend this firm.

Professional & Helpful

Very professional first of all, grateful for how they took my entire process successfully and also in the tutoring I received. Definitely Recommended

I met with Walter for an initial consultation for a debt that I was being sued for that about 10-12 years old . I had contacted Walter because my back account was garnished and I was being sued- and I didn’t even know until that point. Once Walter stepped in to intervene, we wound up paying an accept...able amount and the situation was past us. I have nothing but positive things to say about Walter and his staff . I would call with questions and Walter would call me back . Definitely recommended for any debt issues or any other Legal Council needed.

Very dissappointed

At first Mr. Benanati was nice at consultation. My papers were processed with ease, as the staff namely Jennifer was nice. Then I had a lawsuit midstream my case, which I got help on. When I emailed a question Mr. Benenati answered my call and was very short and rude, wanting to know if I paid Jennif...er for my addition to case, and told me she was fired. I now have problems with creditors not showing correct information on my report and when asking new staff member for help am told go speak to the creditors yourself. Shows me they only care about your money, when they are done, they are done with you. You have to do the rest. Am very disappointed in their service.
