Excellent team of professionals and perfect outcome!

My experience with Attorney Benenati's team of professionals was perfect, from the first to the last minute. I had been traumatized by an awful previous experience trying to do my bankruptcy with another office (were the person was a paralegal, not an attorney). I lost my money, my time, and almost g...ave up on the whole thing. Then someone recommended Attorney Benenati. I am so happy I managed to overcame my fear and make an appointment with him. The whole process was very simple and very fast. I was coached all the steps of the way, all my questions and doubts were always addressed promptly and the outcome was exactly what I was hoping for. I want to mention the incredible attention I received from Anna Lazo, Victor Rodriguez, Mari and Attorney Benenati himself. You are amazing professional who gave my life a new start and for that I am forever grateful.

Amazing Lawyer! We could not have asked for a better Attorney!

My husband and I hired attorney Benenati to handle our bankruptcy. We were scared and had spoken to many different lawyers but no one made us feel comfortable as Walter did. We felt he was on our side and had the best intentions for our family. He kept in contact with us personally thoughtout the ent...ire process. When ever I had a question he personally would call me back and ease my anxiety. His staff were great. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and alway gave him the message that I called. I always received a calls back within a couple of hours. I am very happy we met him. If you are thinking about filing for bankruptcy please call Walter you will be so happy you did.

I would refer legal services for bankruptcy 100% Satisfied

My husband and I were facing the possibility of our wages being garnished do to a foreclosure on our home. We had heard so many bad things about filing bankruptcy so we were unsure what to do. We received an ad in the mail from Walter F. Benenati and ironically at the time we were considering what to... do about our situation. I took it as a sign and my husband and I decided to meet with Walter. He was first and foremost very professional and understanding of our situation. He informed us what to expect and answered all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable and provided us with a sense of ease in our decision to file bankruptcy. Both Walter and his staff were always available to answer any questions we had and respond to all our concerns no matter how simple they were. The whole experience was absolutely hassle free. He did an outstanding thorough job representing us and I would recommend his services to anyone who is considering filing bankruptcy.

Help and assistance that went above and beyond!

Walter and his entire staff were absolutely, positively AMAZING! From our initial meeting with Walter to discuss our bankruptcy, to our intake conference with Victor, to our filing meeting with Irene and our creditors hearing with Andrea...each and every step was executed with professionalism second ...to none and a clear concern for our comfort and satisfaction. How many attorneys actually meet with you personally to discuss your situation? Walter does! It is obvious that he takes each case personally and wants to ensure that the bankruptcy process is what is best for each individual circumstance. Irene Devora has been such a blessing to us through this entire process, helping us understand the filing paperwork, always being available to answer any and all questions we had and just generally making the process easy and stress free. She is without a doubt an integral part of this firm. As is Attorney Andrea Dwyer, who made our creditors meeting simple and again another stress free part of this process. Words can never fully express our gratitude to Walter and his amazing staff. Thank you for making this entire journey much easier than we ever imagined! Bad Experience, Rushed and Rude

I was scheduled for a free consultation, but instead I got a very rushed and rude short chat. It felt like I was talking to a really bad tv lawyer. When I asked questions, everything became a “fee” just to answer them. He basically told me he was looking for clients who didn't ask too many questions ...but were just looking to hire an attorney. We didn't get into any specific options in my case. I end up contacting other attorneys who were all patience and answered all of my questions/concerns. Stay away from this firm unless you're looking for a quick drive thru law firm experience that places little value on potential clients.
