Friendly, Professional, & Got it done!

Mr. Benenati and his team were excellent. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. They stayed transparent with my wife and I and that helped to ease our fear and nerves with this process. I am very happy we went with Mr. Benenati.

Very satisfied client

I would strongly recommend Walter Benenati to anyone going through filing for bankruptcy. Both he and his fellow staff members are professional, kind, courteous and keep you well informed of what to expect and the expectations they require to make your case a success. Filing for bankruptcy was a ve...ry stressful ordeal for me. Upon my first meeting with Mr. Benenati, I was very impressed. He explained to me the bankruptcy category I fell in and explained to me what to expect. I requested his presence for my 341 meeting with the creditors, and he jotted my request in my file and assured me he would be there. He kept his word and was present for this meeting. Having Mr. Benenati’s presence there along with my beloved family member decreased my stress level tremendously. I choose Walter Benenati because I was impressed by his honesty on his webpage of his own personal experience he went through when filing for bankruptcy and overcame it. He works very hard for his clients.

Excellent Firm

WFB Law Firm assisted me in my bankruptcy, the made the process and my experience easy. They explained everything to me in a way that I understood. Any time I had a question or experienced difficulty during my bankruptcy period the attorneys did not hesitate to ensure not only my questions were ans...wered, but they made sure I understood and took care of what I needed to make sure nothing went wrong with my agreement. A Great Attorney

Walter was and still is a great attorney. He helped keep me informed of what to expect during the troubling events, what the issues and concerns will be for filing the petition, and how to deal with them correctly. His information was invaluable and for that reason, whenever a person needs bankruptcy... assistance, I send them to him.
