Extrememly helpful and friendly

I called for a consultation regarding a foreclosure. He returned my call very quickly and was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain my options and did not try to rush and get off the phone.

Outstanding Service

We hired Walter Benenati to represent us in our Bankrupsy. We had interviewed another attorney and we did not feel comfirtsbke with them. We were very impressed with the Benenati law firm, because they explained in detail everything that was going to take place. They guided us every step of the way.... Everyone one that worked at his firm was very knowledgeable and understanding. It’s hard going through something like this, but they made us feel like we were part of their Family. We highly reccomend the Benenati Law Firm if your going through a bankrupsy.

Turning a bad situation into a flawless experience

I felt I was dealing with a Professional firm from the start, you can tell that this is not your typical “bankruptcy factory.” After speaking with several attorneys, the choice was clear.....Attorney Benenati won my business. The options were clearly explained, advice was given, but the decision(s)... were up to me. Through each and every step of the process my questions were answered in a timely and professional manner (even emails late into the evenings saw quick response.) Despite having a fully staffed office of capable professionals, Attorney Benenati reach out to me (on more than a few occasions) to ensure I was being taken care of, not to mention answer many questions that I had. Hiring an attorney and the reasons for it are typically a hardship.....but Attorney Benenati and his office were there every step of the way!

The Best

Benenati law firm is the best. I can't speak highly enough about their staff. Walter, Denise, and their team were very excellent helping me in my case, they answer all questions, answer phone immediately and at any time, and awesome price. They are very knowledgeable with all laws. I’m amazed how f...ast my case was handled and done. I will continue to to use Benenati Law in the future.
