The best attorney in Florida. Period.

I had seen Perry Mason in the movies. I had read legal thrillers by John Grisham. But I never even dreamed that lawyers like that exist in real life until I met Mr. McShane. He is better than both combined. He is the best lawyer ever. Skilled, smart, sharp, knows all the little intricacies of the law, he won't talk a lot, he won't make flowery promises. But when he goes to fight your case, he fights like a soldier on a mission. He does his best, he gives it his best shot and he nails it. Just like Christianity has a patron saint of lost causes, the legal world has attorneys like Mr. McShane. He has integrity and has built up his credibility with years of strong legal defense and this has won the admiration and respect of judges and prosecutors. He is feared by cops because he will not let them get away with their lies and half truths. He will file motions to challenge anything done illegally. He will question everything. He did not skip a beat. He takes felonies and turns them misdemeanors and make stehm go away. He will plea bargain or go to trial. He is not intimidated by any course of action. Mr. McShane's office staff are also very unique. They all work on your case. They all know what is going on and Annette, his assistant, is one of those rare talented paralegals whose work has been recognized by the bar association. As the Prosecutor/Assistant State Attorney for the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation in Orlando, I handled cases involving organized crime, drugs and drug trafficking, wiretapping, racketeering, (RICO both criminal and civil), commercial sex and law enforcement intelligence. Therefore I learned to meticulously analyze legal issues from every angle. In private practice for over thirty years, I use everything I learned while working for the State to personally provide my clients with the highest professional, thorough, competent and quality legal representation throughout Central Florida in the defense of their criminal case(s). As a smaller firm I can invest my time and energy into each case. I meticulously analyze your legal issue from every angle to determine how best to resolve it. I focus on attaining my clients’ objectives and I handle your legal matter depending on your needs and goals. I HANDLE ALL CASES MYSELF.

Amazing!

Neal, Annette and Angela are amazing individuals. I was charged with a crime and was told by a friend in the SAO's office that they were using me to, "make an example." Neal fought tooth and nail and ultimately ended up getting my case dismissed once I finished PTI. I am in the final stages of getting my record expunged, which Neal has been handling as well. He's an amazing lawyer and I would recommend him to ANYONE!

Amazing attorney and staff. Hands Down!!!!

My son got arrested November, 2018 for having a JULL that the office said tested positive for marijuana. We knew he was falsely arrested. Neal kept on the prosecutor to have the JULL tested at a lab and asked no charges be filed until it was tested. The prosecutor had it tested and it came back negative in January, 2019. No surprise. Charges were never filed and dropped. I cannot thank Neal and his staff for everything. We were always updated by his office of what was going on or what they have done in my son's case. I highly recommend Neal. He is the best.

The best criminal defense lawyer out there!

Neal was beyond outstanding! He had my 3 felony charge case completely dismissed in a record 5days time! He never spared 1 minute of time working through my case to get it handled quickly for an amazing outcome of having all 3 charges dropped that were against me.
