Dismissed DUI

I could not be more thankful to have Michael Pannella represent me. I was charged with a DUI which would have devastated my career. Originally, I was offered a lowered plea of reckless driving. This was not an option for me as I needed the charges dropped completely for my profession. He was always s...traight forward with me, giving me multiple options and weighing the risks vs benefits. I ultimately chose to take my case to trial and he performed exceptionally. He was able to get the charges completely DISMISSED. I would recommend him to anyone. He will work tirelessly to get your desired outcome. I can't thank him enough for literally saving me.

Compassionate, Understanding, All around incredible human being!!

I was absolutely mortified and embarrassed when I was arrested for a DUI. Then to find out it was ENHANCED with increased penalties shattered my world!
