Orlando's best Family Law Attorney

The Roberts Family Law Firm is absolutely the best in Orlando. I am so grateful to have had Mr. Roberts and his staff represent me and protect my interests while dissolving a 26 year marriage. Don't do it alone! - Help and attention to detail like no other

Something I’ve learned through the process of dealing with family court system is that there is a tremendous amount of information, policies and procedures that most people are unaware of. It can be very intimidating and most will find themselves on a stranded island of ignorance if they attempt to g...o at it themselves. I’ve found that it takes professional experience in dealing with the courts and with the Roberts Family Law Firm they have been exemplary at that. One of the best ways to get rid of the “fear of the unknown” is through information and education. My experience with Mr. Roberts, Mrs. Gallant and Mr. Sempier has been outstanding when it comes to being informed and educated. The Roberts Family Law Firm takes full advantage of technology to keep me informed and up to date along with good old fashion phone calls and appointments. I never felt out of the loop nor was anything ever sugar coated just for the sake of telling me what I thought I wanted to hear. The Roberts Family Law Firm does what they do very well because they use a team approach. I know I am not the only client, or as they would put it – a member of the Roberts Family Law family, but the entire firm gives me their undivided attention on all fronts in a balanced way. Every member of the firm has their own talents and strengths. They get together during independent conference sessions to determine the best approach for every step of the court proceedings. I’ve been surprised at the level of preparedness Mr. Roberts, Mrs. Gallant and Mr. Sempier works with and it shows in and out of the courtroom. The firm has great experience too. I’ve personally witnessed the interaction with members of the court and opposing lawyers. It shows that Mr. Roberts and his team know, not only with what they are dealing with but also with whom they are dealing with. They are respected not just because of their experience but also because the respect they give. Mr. Roberts and the rest of the Roberts Family Law Firm have been very courteous and helpful even during some of the most stressful and strenuous times. It hasn’t been easy at times going through the proceedings and meeting requirements set by the court but Mr. Roberts and his team have been patient and courteous with me the entire way making sure that everything was in proper order. From being greeted with kindness and respect by Elis at the front desk, to my interactions and preparations with Mrs. Gallant along with my representation by Mr. Roberts and Mr. Sempier – it has gone above and beyond what I could have hoped for. The Roberts Family Law Firm has been the answer to making sure that things were fair and balanced. The journey is not over quite yet. Most people would do a write up after everything is over. I’m here to tell you that I too will soon join the ranks of clients that were satisfied with their outcome. To wait and express it would be an injustice. If you must deal with family court don’t do it on your own. If you want to go through it the right way with a great team then proceeding with the Roberts Family Law Firm is the way to go – you won’t regret it.

Review of Roberts's Family Law

I hired Mr. Roberts for my divorce attorney. I could not be more pleased with his work. He got me thru three mediations and his confidence at each one certainly boosted my own self-belief. He was well organized and prepared for every meeting we had. Following my final mediation, my ex-husband was not... taking any action to begin dividing up the assets according to our divorce agreement. Mr. Roberts was very helpful with this issue and securing the division of assets. I also found Mr. Roberts's staff to be very professional and capable. My phone calls and emails were addressed in a timely manner. This law firm will do it's best to help each and every client thru a difficult process.

My. Roberts and his firm were very professional during my divorce case. His legal staff kept me up to speed, and Mr. Roberts always responded when I asked to speak with him directly. My ex-husband kept telling me to settle, reminding me that he had a great attorney. In the end, Mr. Roberts procure...d an excellent settlement for me, and kept me calm during the storm.

Great Team

The Roberts Family Law Firm got me through one of the most tomultuous expirecess one can have...divorce. David T. Roberts and his professional staff didn't let tge fact that I live in California, diminish the level of service by any means.
