Absolutely the BEST!

I met Dave through a mutual friend while I was in the middle of a difficult divorce and was very impressed with his professionalism. I wish I would have met him earlier but like many divorce cases, after my case was finalized I had to go back to court with my ex but this time I retained Dave and his ...team and I am so glad I did. The hearing was on very short notice and Dave’s preparation was extremely impressive and it showed in court. He owned the court room and the judge ruled in our favor. Dave and Lauren are fantastic and the best at what they do!

David, Lauren, Ben, and Elis are the best!

I stupidly used previous other attorneys and I was an idiot. I had David for my divorce and he was killer. I thought the law was on my side with custody and went with a referral from my mom. Biggest mistake of mine amp my son’s life. David is and will always be my attorney. Lauren, Ben, and Elis are ...equally invested in my case. I can’t say enough. They are saving my son’s life.

Best divorce attorney in Orlando

Dave did a phenomenal job obtaining a very significant modification of my alimony obligation based on a change in my job / income. Every attorney said such a modification was near impossible and I fired my first attorney who was losing my case big-time. Dave crafted a new legal strategy, completely... outclassed a very powerful opposing counsel from a huge prestigious firm, and won my case in dramatic fashion. I interviewed a lot of attorneys in Orlando and found none better than Mr. Roberts. Highest recommendation

Roberts Family Law successfully helped me through my divorce process in the most professional, timely and personalized caring way that anyone in a similar situation could possibly hope for. Attorney Roberts and his entire staff were spectacular from the very first day the process began. Heading into ...the divorce process my personal situation was very stressful, but almost immediately my mind was put at ease by Mr. Roberts and his team, as I was carefully listened to about my situation and then guided step by step in detail about the options and game plan moving forward. Not knowing how the process works is intimidating, but I quickly gained footing and confidence as we took action in my case. The courtroom knowledge, presence and skills displayed in my case are second to none and it was obvious from the start, as we successfully moved through the case achieving all the benchmarks that were important to us.
