Absolute Best When It Mattered Most

Expertise, commitment for the tough long work, depth of understanding and the compassion to simultaneously mange both the emotion and the facts of a very complex financial divorce with multiple children. From the first meeting to the final mediation David, Doreen and the entire staff at Roberts law... were incredible. From the moment I signed on the first, immediate action taken by Mr. Roberts was to secure top notch support (forensic accountants) where it was needed. My decision to retain the Roberts Law Group was once again reinforced when my ex openly admitted to me her “big name” attorney was frustrating her so much she was giving serious consideration to replacing her attorney/firm mid case because she felt they weren’t doing nearly enough to help her and that the Roberts team was so aggressive. If you are looking for a driven, fearless, intelligent, compassionate firm that does an incredible job of understanding both the emotion and all of the challenges of a very complex divorce look no further than the Roberts Law Group. While nobody wants to go through the divorce process, I am happy with my outcome and I strongly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.

I wholeheartedly recommend The Roberts Family Law. Attorney Roberts and the entire Firm are the all-Star Team. Since the beginning, Attorney Roberts has demonstrated the utmost ethical and moral standards, he is trustworthy and his presence commands authority and respect. He has a high level of ex...pertise, great knowledge and experience. During the process, Attorney Roberts and his team carefully walked me through each step and provided excellent advice. He went the extra mile and even adjusted his business operation to accommodate a special request. The Roberts Family Law Team were spectacular to work with, they are caring and compassionate, they made sure I felt comfortable along the way of this emotionally draining process. They made it much more bearable. Attorney Roberts is strong and assertive when it comes to defending his clients. He has remarkable negotiation skills. He obtained the best possible deal and achieved what seemed to be impossible. I could not be happier with the outcome. I am extremely grateful to have found Attorney Roberts and his Firm.

Confident Guidance Through Difficult Process

Going through a divorce is hurtful, uncertain and stressful. The process is complex, expensive, detailed and full of variables that must be worked out to a fair and justifiable outcome. I found Attorney David Roberts to be a confident guide through the process. Attorney Roberts returned my calls pro...mptly and often after hours to discuss the process as well as my concerns. At times when the stress of the process seemed overwhelming Attorney Roberts's understanding and confident demeanor were invaluable. Mr. Roberts worked to achieve a fair settlement very much in line with what we discussed in our first meeting. After my divorce an issue arose in the discharge of the MSA. Attorney Roberts and his team stepped back in and guided the issue to a successful resolution. In short, I am glad I had Attorney David Roberts's support through my divorce.
