Positive Review

I based my hiring of Mr. Cohen on his client reviews posted on-line. I was accused of a felony offense that I categorically denied. Mr. Cohen was very thorough in his investigation of my case and represented my interests very well. He was able to negotiate my case and I am very pleased with the fin...al outcome. I believe that his past work in the prosecutors office and his positive relationship with the State's attorneys proved to be an invaluable asset to resolving my case. I interviewed several attorneys before hiring Mr Cohen and found his his fees were extremely reasonable compared to other attorneys. The only minor negative issue was that I had was difficulty with direct telephone communications with him early in the case. Some of my urgent phone calls were not returned promptly. However, when this became a problem, he met with me and we were able to resolve this communication issue without further difficulty. Mr. Cohen was extremely prompt in returning emails and the majority of our communication was done successfully via email. Mr. Cohen's professional abilities and personal demeanor were reassuring during a stressful time. He aggressively resolved my case with a good outcome. I have no reservations in highly recommended him as an effective attorney.

Honest Qualified,Professional...Your Search is over for the best!

My brother got a 5th DUI and then got stopped for driving on suspended license. He was taken to jail and could not get a bond. After fooling around for 62 days with the Public Defenders Office,(which they did nothing ) I contacted Mr. Cohen. He listened to me and told me exactly what he could do......get my brother out of jail (he got a bond set within 5 days) and had the felony reduced to a misdemeanor. His office staff is very nice, helpful and caring. The fee I was charged was very reasonable. I highly recommend Mr. Cohen.

Will be using him again!

My son got into a bit of trouble and I was so nervous about finding an attorney. When I met Mr. Cohen, he made me feel a lot more confident and the whole process, while not one I want to go through again, was so much easier with Mr. Cohen at the helm. If ever I need it again I will be going back!

Great Experience!

Mr. Cohen was very knowledgeable and informative, it made me feel confident that he was the right attorney. Every time I called his staff was nice and worked with me on the payment plan, which was a life saver! I would highly recommend him to anyone with a criminal case, I could not be happier about ...the outcome. Thank you so so much!

Stop your search now....This is the Attorney you want to represent you.

I couldn't have asked for a more qualified, professional, intelligent and caring attorney. He took my case that potentially could have turned into a life changing disaster, and was able to have the felony/misdemeanor (4) charges dismissed, resulting in a DUI charge I could live with. As a person who ...has never had more than a speeding ticket in my entire life, Mr. Cohen was very patient with me, and my never ending amount of questions (still). He will always respond to you in a very timely manner, and keep you up to speed on what is going on with your case. His professionalism, demeanor, knowledge, and interactions in the courtroom are to be admired. Most important to me whas his ability to keep my mind at ease during a very traumatic time in my life, and I am very satisfied with the results considering what I was facing.
