The best lawyer ever

I hired Corey Cohen Law Firm and from my very first call late at night it was returned by a lawyer-a real lawyer. I was able to speak with Mr. Barlow who assured me that their firm would be able to help me. And they did. The phone workers were so kind and helpful listening to my woes advising me how ...to reach out to Mr.Cohen. In my moment of distraught he returned a comforting e-mail. He resolved the situation. And personally contacted me. As my heart continued to bleed he sent a competent attorney Mr.Murphy who resolved my case instantly. What a courtroom presence that man has!! He resolved the case. There are many more cases and I only trust my life to Corey Cohen. I tell you he is the miracle maker, the way maker here on earth. When there seems to be no way he finds a way. Now, my life is on the right track. Thanks attorneys. I don't know what made me feel Taylor in the office belonged to me but she pacified my feeble questions at all the times I called on her. Don't even talk about cost: Mr.Cohen has a payment plan that makes his services affordable and realistic. I just love this team of great minds that are working to help me. I mean help because no one can pay really for what I am getting. I can only say they are blessed brains and minds to see my truths, to believe in me and do their best for me. Grateful for a Lawyer like Corey

I was issued a federal citation for destroying government property from an auto accident. I was extremely anxious as I had never been in a car accident, let alone been issued a federal citation. It took several calls to other law offices (because I had no clue what kind of lawyer I was looking for) b...efore a legal aide recommended Corey Cohen for federal cases. I was beyond relieved when I spoke with Corey on the phone, explained what the citation was, and he calmly reassured that it would get worked out. I was issued a court date, appearance mandatory, but then Covid-19 hit and my court date kept getting pushed back. Corey was easily available over phone or email in answering questions. In the end, Corey was able to talk with the prosecutor before the court date and get the charges dropped completely. I cannot thank Corey and his team enough for answering all my questions, putting in the time and effort to review my case, and working on getting everything cleared with the court.

They are simply THE BEST

From my heart, I want to thank Corey Cohen's team. At a very difficult time in my life, I found Corey Cohen’s office and I am blessed to have hired him. It is inevitable not to cry writing these lines because they really helped me and they are the best lawyers I have found. Immediately I needed them,... they answered me. Corey explained to me in a simple way that I could understand how he could help me and above all he gave me the peace and confidence I needed at the time. Every person in Corey's office speaks to me in a human way, in which I feel valued. Thank you for making me feel like I’m not alone in this situation. A Second Chance

Four months ago, I was made aware that I was under investigation by the police for some very serious charges. There weren't any formal charges filed against me as of that point, so I searched around and talked to as many criminal defense attorneys as I could find. Corey's stellar reviews and reputati...on among not only former clients, but other attorneys in the area, made me reach out to him for a consultation. I spoke to upwards of a dozen attorneys, all of whom claimed that there probably wasn't much that they could do to help me. In our first conversation, Corey assured me that he would be glad to take on my case and that he was very optimistic about the circumstances. I hired him within a day. He recognized the importance of the fact that criminal charges were not filed against me as of yet, and set forth a plan to stop the charges before they were even filed. Together, we established a link of communication and rapport with the investigating police officers and provided them with a long list of mitigating circumstances. Four months passed in which the investigation continued, all the while I did not know what was going to happen to me. I woke up to an email today from Mr. Cohen stating that the officers, based on the information we provided to them, decided to drop the investigation entirely. I was previously a pre-medical student with dreams of becoming a doctor, and have been working on a biomedical sciences degree for four years. I am very involved in the university at which I attend, and have held numerous positions in volunteering, leadership, and community outreach. With these possible charges, I was facing a lifetime on the sex offender registry and possibly up to 15 years in a state prison. Corey Cohen was able to secure my future, and prevent me from ever having a record at all. I am thoroughly convinced that his professional relationships, as well as his experience, prevented this from moving forward. The four months waiting for a resolution was the darkest time in my life - I thought things were never going to be the same. But the one beacon of hope that I did have throughout the process was knowing that Mr. Cohen was my only friend and that he had my back. Thanks to this process, I have a newfound respect for the criminal defense system. I have left my pre-medical goals of becoming a doctor and have switched to pre-law in hopes that some day, I can be there for someone and make a positive change for someone who desperately needs it - just as Mr. Cohen did for me. Extremely trustworthy and prompt

I was on a family vacation and got into some legal trouble. As I returned home I started searching local Orlando attorneys and came across Mr Cohen. I contacted his office on a Sunday morning and within miniutes I had a text from him asking about my case. He calmed me down and told me everything woul...d be ok and we will chat via phone the following day at 10 am. The following morning I spoke with Mr Cohen on the phone and he was very polite and listened to me explain my case. After I told him what happened he said he was pretty sure he could get the charges dropped or reduced. From that point on his office was extremely prompt in getting me all the necessary paper to fill out and if I had emailed a questions I had a response within 5 miniutes. Mr Cohen was able to get all my charges dropped which was great news for my family and I. Everybody at his firm is top notch and are great people to deal with. I would Recomend Mr Cohen to anybody needing legal advice in central Florida.
