I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one in praise of Mubarak Law, due to my extremely positive experience with this firm that far exceeded my expectations. I retained attorney Mubarak to help with an immigration matter for my wife on very short notice, having already re...ceived an appointment with USCIS to be conducted in less than a week. It was such a short notice, and we were unprepared and intimidated by the process. After our phone consultation and then in person meeting with Mr. Mubarak, I immediately felt that retaining attorney Mubarak and his group is the best decision. We have consulted other attorneys on this matter in the past, and the entire experience was night and day, Mubarak' group showing exceptional competence and mastery. Right after our very informative meeting with Mubarak and Ghannam, the whole team swung into action by sending us instructions, guidance, documentation to prepare for the meeting, etc. Within a couple of days, we received multiple emails, calls and texts with directives and guidance on how and what to specifically prepare. The attention to detail was amazing and it stood in stark contrast to my experience with other attorneys where the experience was both generic and unfocused. Within a few days Mr. Mubarak’s team prepared an extremely organized extensive (over 200 pages) document that he personally carried with him to the USCIS interview. In retrospect, this proved to be exactly what was needed. Attorney Mubarak met us at the USCIS building, accompanied us to the interview, and facilitated the process. It was very clear that he was extremely comfortable in that setting and that many people who work there recognize him and have a nice working relationship with him. I want to also acknowledge the help and support of attorney Lara Ghannam, who worked closely with attorney Mubarak on our case. Her attention to detail, wonderful ability to communicate, and commitment to success is incredible. Even though we retained the firm only to help with the interview, she and Mr. Mubarak filed for travel papers with USCIS for us several days after the interview. We were very pleasantly surprised as this was not part of the scope of the job.
