Some years back, I found Mubarak Law office online by ...just asking google search for "BEST IMMIGRATION ATTORNEYS IN ORLANDO" when I was desperately looking for a good immigration attorney to help my case. He was one of attorneys google suggested to me, so I read other people's review and decided to become a client. My case was already with another immigration office for over a year and there was absolutely no positive result. I consulted with Attorney Nayef Mubarak, after our meeting I had faith in his ability to help my case. I transferred my case from the initial law office to Mubarak's law. After evaluating my case and what has been done by the other attorney's office, Mubarak office identified and corrected some errors previously made. After a few years I receives a "Notice of Intent to Deny" with only 30 days to respond! It was one of the most difficult moments of life. I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one in praise of Mubarak Law, due to my extremely positive experience with this firm that far exceeded my expectations. I retained attorney Mubarak to help with an immigration matter for my wife on very short notice, having already re...ceived an appointment with USCIS to be conducted in less than a week. It was such a short notice, and we were unprepared and intimidated by the process. After our phone consultation and then in person meeting with Mr. Mubarak, I immediately felt that retaining attorney Mubarak and his group is the best decision. We have consulted other attorneys on this matter in the past, and the entire experience was night and day, Mubarak' group showing exceptional competence and mastery. Right after our very informative meeting with Mubarak and Ghannam, the whole team swung into action by sending us instructions, guidance, documentation to prepare for the meeting, etc. Within a couple of days, we received multiple emails, calls and texts with directives and guidance on how and what to specifically prepare. The attention to detail was amazing and it stood in stark contrast to my experience with other attorneys where the experience was both generic and unfocused. Within a few days Mr. Mubarak’s team prepared an extremely organized extensive (over 200 pages) document that he personally carried with him to the USCIS interview. In retrospect, this proved to be exactly what was needed. Attorney Mubarak met us at the USCIS building, accompanied us to the interview, and facilitated the process. It was very clear that he was extremely comfortable in that setting and that many people who work there recognize him and have a nice working relationship with him. I want to also acknowledge the help and support of attorney Lara Ghannam, who worked closely with attorney Mubarak on our case. Even though we retained the firm only to help with the interview, she and Mr. Mubarak filed for travel papers with USCIS for us several days after the interview. We were very pleasantly surprised as this was not part of the scope of the job. We hired this office for a residence card ; the lawyer charged thousands up front and turned case over to paralegal . Then paralegal left the practice without doing her job and filing our paperwork ..Another one was hired she stayed a few months and did not file the documents the gov asked for . Aft...er a year or so another one is now there and she has promised to get documents filed by a certain date and again is months late doing her work after collecting more money from us . I am extremely dissatisfied with this office . The lawyer doesnt oversee his cases , once he gets your money they dont care if they work on your case . If my wife had not paid him my money without my authorization we would not ever use this firm .

I went to this law firm after a friend's recommendation. They convinced me to file for a deferred action for my daughter's case as it was the solution to my problem at the time. Immigration services declined my application a year later because there wasn't any procedures of deportation for my daught...er so the application for deferred action was unnecessary. I understand that he can not win to all kind of cases but not to misleading you only to take your money. I wasted $3000 and my time just because Mr Mubarak lead me to a goose hunt! They never responded to my calls only after maybe 20 times my case manager called me back. Mr Mubarak was rude at our first appointment and didn't want to give me the time answering my questions not as I deserved it but as I pay for it. I will definitely file a complaint to the law bar also.
