Attorney Mubarak is the best attorney I had a chance to work with in Orlando. My case with the INS was ongoing since 2006, had 3 different attorneys not including attorney Mubarak, 2 denial letters so it was a bit of a complicated case. This attorney worked for KEL law group in Orlando and was charged with handling my complaint to KEL in 4/2010. He told me that his boss told him to "get rid of this complaint", so he offered me a 90 day extension on my contract with the understanding that they would push hard to get my loan modifica...tion done to stop the foreclosure that resulted from KEL ignoring the true purpose of me retaining them to begin with - a fee dispute with the lender. This attorney has little to no true experience in the foreclosure field and had no business handling my complaint for the attorney of record, Kaufman.
