I went to Matt after the first attorney I hired had worked my case for months. The end result was an offer from the state that would cause me to lose my license forever. I talked with Matt and after he reviewed the case he thought there were still arguments to pursue. I took a chance, turned down th...e offer and hired Matt. He filed many motions and kept at it. In the end, the judge dismissed all charges. Matt knows the DUI laws and I trust he will do everything he can for every client. He was responsive and realistic throughout. He never promised miracles. He knows the law and that's what you need in a lawyer.

The reviews for Matt must be paid for as none of them reflect the dire representation I received. What Matt does not understand is that when he is being paid by you, he works for you. But no, he dictates the process and makes you feel like you should be grateful if he ever responds to you. His commun...ication is the worst I have ever experienced with anybody in any form of professional field. The case gets neglected, motions to continue constantly because he has done no work on the case and then overall, the worst result I could have gotten (a public defender would have gotten better). I was represented in court by somebody else, who themselves was clueless, was wearing a pony tail and awfully tired suit - I was extremely embarrassed in court with that representation. I urge you, if you are reading this, PLEASE take your business elsewhere if you want a genuinely good attorney, Matt is not one. And as for the good reviews, they cannot possibly be real.

He will tell you how it is- whether your case has merit or not. He’s not gonna BS you. But he will fight for you, and he will leave the sta...te wondering what just happened.
