If you you are looking for a DUI Attorney please READ THIS! I had a DUI situation in February 2020! There were a few things that I completely disagreed with as far as why the officer even pulled me over.. I contacted my first attorney, and to make a long story short he sat me down and talked to... me for about an hour. My first attorney made me feel comfortable with choosing him, however I had no idea what I was “really” in store for. As we were getting ready for my motion to suppress all of a sudden I had a completely different attorney. It was just like a Perry Mason episode where I was the defendant. You were brilliant!! From our first meeting I knew I had made the right decision in hiring you as my lawyer. In the court room it was obvious why you won the DUI Gladiator of the Year Award. Your cross of the arresting officer ...should be taught in law school. You new more about her job as a “DUI Expert” than she did and the jury saw that. What amazed me was how you got her to admit to lying about their case during her testimony. Your passionate closing argument was awesome. Brick by brick you tore the states case apart and made the prosecutors and cops look like idiots. After the trial finished I barely had time to go to the bathroom before the jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict. Now that’s what I call lawyering! I cannot believe or explain what a wonderful lawyer Mr. Matthew Olszewski is. I have been through some horrible times with deaths in my family (immediate family). I was just trying to get through each day. Depression is nothing to turn away from. I thought for sure that I was going to jail for drivin...g on a suspended due to child support. He saved my life. Literally, I don't know what I would have done without him. He's not only a genius, but a good man. He actually cares for his clients and doesn't just want your money.
