Six year personal injury case - sometimes eight months would go by without hearing from my lawyer, commercials say paralegal, case manager avail (false) - lawyer promised help getting disability benefits with SSA - ended up doing it myself - said we’d start at 3 million and he wouldn’t take less than... 1, we settled for less and then he said most cases m&m takes to trial lose. I tried contacting John Morgan who passed it yo Judy Dietz. They pressured me to sign a release I wasn’t comfortable with. Do not use this firm. HORRIBLE CS.

I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone about a consultation appointment i was trying to set up and was told i would have to wait hours because they were dealing with a big client that had priority over me, the receptionist then goes on to say that maybe if i was suing someone like Mike Tyson t...hen maybe I'd get some help sooner..... i was in shock when i heard that, who even says that to someone??? Mr. Morgan was awesome from start to finish. He made my tough process a lil bit easy to endure. Any time I called or texted, he replied or answered instantly; even while on vacation. Nevertheless, him and Brittany Feaster kept me updated with my case. If I had to go through this process again, I woul...d have him to represent me all over again. Also, Morgan & Moargan as a law firm was very business like.

I was referred to Matt Morgan by another law firm after being fired for filing a workman's compensation report. I called his personal # and left a message on his voice mail. Within 2 days, someone called me to get basic information. A week later an assistant of his named Jennifer called and left a ...message on my answering machine to call her back. I did. She didn't respond for a week, at which time she called and left another message and after calling her back immediately and getting her voice mail, she didn't respond for another week. This went on for a month. Finally I got ahold of Jennifer who really didn't sound very knowledgeable. She asked me some questions and said someone would be calling me back. The only return call I got was a week later, and it was her calling to say they wouldn't take my case. I never had a sit down with them, provided them with any paperwork regarding the suit, etc... . I have found out since, from another attorney, that it is because Florida law doesn't allow an attorney to make as much on a workman's compensation suit, so it discourages them to pick it up unless there is a permanent disability involved. So much for working "For the People, not the powerful" as Morgan and Morgan's adds claim.
