I was involved in a multi-vehicle accident on a high speed road in drizzling conditions, and as I crested a hill in the left lane, at speed, I came into a truck with a trailer behind it, stopped on the road. There was a vehicle in the lane to the right of me, and my only out was to glance the rear e...nd of the vehicle in front of me, and head off into the median between the two directions of travel. I ultimately impacted a mature Palm tree, head on, which completely totaled my vehicle. Other vehicles were involved, subsequent to my collision, and I was cited at fault because I was the one who rear ended someone else. It was a bad place to be at the wrong time, and the expense to me has been considerable (insurance, ER room bills, etc). Thankfully, Jeffrey represented me in court and negotiated an outcome that was completely favorable to me ... the ticket was dropped. I’m much appreciative!

I could not believe all of the case studies and techniques that came out of Jeff Lotter's hat when we were standing up at the podium in front of the judge. This case was with injuries, damages, and full of lying and manipulating defende=ant trickery.
