My name is James. I am a registered nurse who was falsely accused by a coworker of abusing an elderly patient. I was interviewed by the hospitals’ risk management and human resources departments. I genuinely hope to never have to deal with something like this again, but the fact that it happened in the first place is proof that hope is not a plan. After having never even been pulled over in my life, I was arrested for possession of marijuana <20g, two counts of paraphernalia, and a fake ID (mind you I am a college student). On top of these charges, I was smacked with a speeding ticket and a ticket for a brake light being out. Jeffery Lotter sa...ved my life, in that he was able to get one count of paraphernalia dismissed, along with both tickets I received. He was then able to earn me the privilege of Pre Trial Diversion.
