My situation involved a police officer giving me the pass and the police contesting I was distracted, causing a crash. Jeff did an amazing job representing me and was the most assertive lawyer of all the present ones. He convinced the judge of seeing facts beyond reasonable doubt, reminded the trai...ning (or lack of) that officers must undergo, and cleared me of all charges with a "not guilty" verdict.
