Failure to Use Due Care ticket- Company vehicle pulling a trailer style manlift, set up not suitable, manlift rolled over on highway while maneuvering into another lane. No damages, no injuries- still got ticketed because the police had to come out. Due to work requirements, could not have points a...ssessed on license. Called Ticket Clinic, explained the situation, paid the fee. In an attempt at full disclosure, this was the only contact I had with Ticket Clinic or it's employees/attorneys until I received the notification of adjudication. Also full disclosure- I never saw or felt the need to contact them during that waiting period from signing the contract and the court date. Got my disclosure today- Case Dismissed! Worth every penny I paid, and I would use them again. Simple, quick, and efficient- just what I needed to be done.
