I hired Elmer to represent me in a very long drawn out family law case with an ex who is obsessed with taking me to court (actually hired for two cases with my ex, which Elmer successfully got the most recent lawsuit my ex filed dismissed and attorneys fees granted). He was genuinely sympatheti...c to my case, and my daughter, knowledgeable, and wasn’t willing to put up with unreasonable opposing counsel or my ex who would cry in court as a very persuasive salesman. In addition Elmer helped deal with my ex’s girlfriend who would filed multiple false requests of domestic violence injunctions against me. My situation is very bizarre and easily drains attorneys because my ex won’t stop. In the end due to a couple issues and how manipulative my ex’s attorney is, especially during our selection of a guardian ad litem needed for my daughter, I ended up with another lawyer who knows opposing counsel very well. I would recommend Elmer to anyone in a family law case. We weren’t the best fit in the end but I really appreciate all the hard work he did for my family, his ability to be both sensitive and aggressive, and his ability to navigate through so much minutia to get to a good outcome. Elmer gets it, fights hard for you, and was very reasonable on billing.

One of the greatest compliments you can hear about someone and know it is genuine & true,is when it comes from opposing council! I know an attorney who had argued dozens of cases over many years against Mr. Sanchez. By the time Mr. Sanchez had finished, the lead agent had reversed themselves several times on the stand (LIED). They could not properly explain procedure and why they routinely deviated from it. Nor could she explain why the evidence did not support her previously sworn testimony under oath.
