I was in the process of selling my home, and discovered the title had very unusual clearance problems associated with it. The underwriters needed satisfaction that I was unable to provide. It appeared I would not be able to clear title to the home and I would lose the buyer. Attorney Elmer Sanchez came to my rescue with a plan and carried the plan out. As a result, the title cleared, I was able to meet my deadlines and did not lose the buyer.
All the way through this process Elmer provided options and feedback in a perfectly clear manner to help me understand the situation completely. His clarity, along with a very calm demeanor, helped tremendously to relieve the anxiety associated with my situation. Elmer kept me posted with each turn of events and even gave me his personal cell phone number to use whenever I needed to. When it was inconvenient for me to travel to their office, Elmer and Maria traveled to my worksite so that I could sign documents. They turned an apprehensive and challenging situation into a calm and very smooth one.
The honesty and integrity the Sanchez and Eggebrecht team displayed gives you an immediate feeling of trust. Their hard work and experience paid off with a win for me. I would highly recommend this team.

One of the greatest compliments you can hear about someone and know it is genuine & true,is when it comes from opposing council! I know an attorney who had argued dozens of cases over many years against Mr. Sanchez. He told me when I retained Mr. Sanchez,to represent me in this very complex case, that I had made one of the soundest decisions of my life. That Mr. Sanchez, as he explained, possessed the uncanny ability to make the most credible witness look lost & bewildered. As he explained, the devil is in the details; and Mr. Sanchez never misses a single one.
in my case, I had the pleasure of watching Mr. Sanchez evicerat the states lead investigator. By the time Mr. Sanchez had finished, the lead agent had reversed themselves several times on the stand (LIED). They could not properly explain procedure and why they routinely deviated from it. Nor could she explain why the evidence did not support her previously sworn testimony under oath. When Mr. Sanchez said," no further questions you honor"; it was clear to everyone in that courtroom she had zero credibility. The reason he is/was so effect is because the devil is in the details. And Mr. Sanchez does not miss a single one!

Our corporate documents were mishandled by other large law firms and Mr. Sanchez was able to efficiently wade through the mess and get us back up to speed quickly. We have since retained his services to handle our construction contract demands and are pleased with his trial experience.
I have not had such a professional and ethical team on our side.
