Well for starters this was a Bizarre case from the start. I was told by the officer’s involved that I had to prove my innocent’s even though there was no evidence I committed a crime Or anything tying me to the scene of said crime so that is where “Presumption Of Innocence” comes into play. “Presum...ption Of Innocence”applies to law enforcement officers also they are looking for probable cause a crime was committed. So law enforcement use “Presumption Of Guilt” to make fake probable cause against me. So this is where Mr. Bigney comes into play, they were trying to holding my Bail and David crush them on spot and got me out. But I didn’t contact David my family contacted David.
