Intellectual Property & Business Dispute
Mr. Wimberly handled an intellectual property dispute matter for my company. This was a very complicated case involving multiple partners in multiple states and many dispersed IP elements. He successfully negotiated the return of all IP and other property to the rightful owners in an absolutely professional and efficient manner. He was a trusted adviser for our business keeping us informed every step of the way regarding options, legal strategies, progress and considerations. He prepared and ultimately negotiated a comprehensive, multifaceted Agreement that in this writer's opinion was flawless in terms of content and completeness. No legal or business element was left in question at case conclusion. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the outcome, and Mr. Wimberly’s efforts including the law firm he is associated with.
