Worth Every Penny

We hired Kathleen Flammia to assist in managing my mother-in-laws affairs when she moved into assisted living. She is knowledgeable, available and thorough. We have since hired her for our estate planning. Highly recommend her if you have an elderly parent and need assistance.

Friendly, highly knowledgeable and professional

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to make changes to my will and other legal documents. Stacie and Jeannette were very competent and knowledgeable, answered all questions satisfactorily and offered a potential action plan for the future. This firm specializes in elder law which is a plus ...for me. All staff are welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this firm.

The BEST firm for anything related to elder law and estate planning

I can’t imagine going anywhere else for the expertise offered by Flammia Elder Law Firm. It was past time to have a Power of Attorney, Living Will and several other documents prepared. Elder Law

Kathleen was very helpful in giving guidelines for medicaid as well as help for a caregiver. She answered all my current questions throughly and gave me information on when to contact her in the future if/when certain situations arise
