I have Been listening to Glen Klausman on the radio for years. He is a frequent guess on a radio show, on real radio 104.1 Fm, answering callers questions. I was traveling home actually listening to Mr. Klausman when I was in an accident. I was hit by a car going relatively slow, I was fine but the car wasn't. I wasn't sure of the steps I needed to take so I called Glenn. He answered and graciously gave me advice on steps to take to protect me going for...ward. Today 6 weeks later, I have my car back. The information Glenn gave me helped me in knowing what the other drivers insurance company was going to do so I was prepared.
