Bad Service
Brian Edward Miller did not consult me entirely what are ALL my options. I would reach out to office via calls, texts and emails and no response to many of my attempts. I will never ever again hire him and will not recommend anyone to him or his office as well.

OMG
This guy has his so called office in a smelly basement with no furniture or waiting room, receptionist looked like a bar waitress with a tied up tshirt and belly showing, Miller never returned call as promised, and literally started giving me information about someone else's case because he had no id...
Let me say that I am sorry you were unsatisfied with my law office. As readers can judge based on the reviews of the firm, we do our very best to ensure that every client is happy with the professional attention and representation we provide to each and every case. With regards to the presentation the office, we do our best not to spend money on lavish items in order to keep our costs and ultimately your costs down. Fancy buildings cost more and ultimately those costs come out on the clients. I do not believe that is right or necessary in order to provide a quality product. Secondly, with regards to requesting your documents, it is not atypical for clients to bring the pertinent paperwork to a free consultation. Furthermore, as I mentioned to you on the telephone several hours after your consultation, your case was an out-of-state case, therefore I do not have access to those documents being a licensed Florida and Georgia attorney. Instead what is atypical, is for an attorney to search for documents and work on a case for a client at no charge, but instead to provide free assistance so that a client can make an informed decision. I am sorry you were not satisfied with your experience at my firm, but I do hope that you were able to find the representation you needed from another attorney.
