My family hired Mr. Anderson to assist with a HOA matter. We decided to meet with him based on his convenient location, ease of accessibility and online reviews. He offered us a reasonable flat rate to represent our case. Unfortunately, Mr. Anderson withheld timely communications from the opposing co...unsel by forwarding messages from past weeks that could have resolved the case months and thousands of dollars ago. Once I submitted a written notice to terminate his services he insisted on staying on the case. We gave him a second chance, but he continued to delay correspondences to resolve the case. He eventually withdrew himself from my case without any resolve, only additional costs and stress to my family.
