    Call around. As mentioned, if it's only property damage, it may be difficult to find a lawyer. I assume you didn't have collision coverage to where she can file through her/your company? Then they can subrogate against AMICA.

    You will need to retain a probate attorney to open a formal estate. The big question will be who are the heirs, is there in equity in the home.     Your lease will control. By the snibit you posted its probably at the LL discretion. So they can serve you with a 7 day notice of non-compliance if you don't remove the second dog.

    Yes they can, unless it's for a protected discriminatory reason. But, you are otherwise eligible for workers compensation. So if you haven't already, you may want to contact a workers' compensation attorney today and preferably one that does personal injury as well. If you file a WC claim and they terminate you, it could subject them to a 440.205 retaliatory claim. An attorney can assist you also look into possible UIM coverages.
