Mr. Alper is very straightforward and responsive - exactly what is needed when one is in a difficult and unfamiliar situation. The documentation he provides at the initial consultation is very thorough. It tells you exactly how the process works and what to expect. Is it strict? Yes! But this is... a strict area of the law with little room for error. Did I make mistakes? Yes! Even then, Mr. Alper or someone on his staff was very quick to call me, assess the situation and give me direction. Speaking of the staff, Sarah (admin) and Jackie (paralegal), are a pleasure to work with. They are very friendly and responsive. The few questions I had that I could not find answers to in the documentation, were responded to very quickly by Jackie, Sarah or even Mr. Apler when appropriate.
