I highly recommend attorney Ann Marie Giordano Gilden. I hired Ann Marie for my special needs adult son's guardian advocate case. Ann Marie performed a terrific legal service. My case required an attorney who is a legal expert, skilled at court room etiquette & cross examining expert medical and ment...al health witnesses. Ann Marie worked diligently & professionally over a highly contested 2 year case trial. The judge's final ruling exceeded my goals due to Ann Marie's professional, overwhelmingly thorough case she presented. I am truly very grateful to attorney Ann Marie Gilden.

Expert Lawyer with a great combination of knowledge and compassion

I contacted Mrs. Gilden upon recommendation and I am extremely happy I did. I was so confident in Mrs. Gildens' knowledge and her explanation of complex Florida laws that it helped me to make clear, confident decisions. She is so experienced and knowledgable of the law that I felt she had all of m...y interests covered. When I did call the office, I was always warmly greeted and the office is on top of all the paperwork that flowed in there. Excellent Lawyer

Ms. Gilden was recommended to me by my estate attorney. It was a case involving my ex-wife and alimony. We disagreed over the wording of the original settlement. Ms. Gilden researched all applicable case law and advised me on what I needed to do. The end result was a favorable settlement through ...a mediator. I highly recommend Ms. Gilden and legal staff.

Excellent and Professional

Interstate Child Custody

I hired Attorney Gilden to represent myself and my son, who reside in PA. My daughter passed away in FL and left behind a son who was placed with OCY. We tried to get the baby back with his family on our own at first and failed miserably. This is when we contacted Ms. Gilden and she immediately got ...the ball rolling on this case. She is very knowledgeable in interstate child custody laws. She kept us informed step by step of all progress made either through email or phone call. A lot of these were even on the weekends. I believe she truly cares about her clients. I would recommend her to anyone, whether the case is simple or difficult, she will get it done with great results.
