Interstate Child Custody

I hired Attorney Gilden to represent myself and my son, who reside in PA. My daughter passed away in FL and left behind a son who was placed with OCY. We tried to get the baby back with his family on our own at first and failed miserably. This is when we contacted Ms. Gilden and she immediately got ...the ball rolling on this case. She is very knowledgeable in interstate child custody laws. She kept us informed step by step of all progress made either through email or phone call. A lot of these were even on the weekends. I believe she truly cares about her clients. I would recommend her to anyone, whether the case is simple or difficult, she will get it done with great results.

Strong, professional, experienced lawyer

Attorney AnnMarie Gilden is a very strong lawyer who handled a very complex family law part of our case. We had a chain of circumstances that required time sensitive responses, and she met with us quickly for a consultation. She was very personable and thorough. Our daughter ended up hiring her. Atto...rney Gilden's extensive background, court experience and thorough knowledge of family law, case histories and courtroom etiquette was evident and critical to helping preserve our daughter's ability to stay involved with her child when a chain of unfortunate traumatic events wore her down. Attorney Gilden got a lot accomplished in a short timeframe and communicated with our daughter and all parties involved very efficiently and consistently. She was vey expensive, but her experience and good repoire was worth it for our daughter and we are happy to see our daughter and grandaughter doing so well and moving in a positive direction thanks to AnnMarie's representation durine that timeframe. She even followed up with all parties to close case info and went above and beyond. Thanks for making a difference and paving the way toward hope!

Exceptional Results!

Ann Marie Giordano Gilden was my post-divorce attorney for specific visitation and contempt of court issues regarding the ex-husband. Ann Marie was wonderful as our attorney, including the sensitivity regarding older children giving testimony. The legal and financial results were far more than expect...ed. Highly recommend!
