I cannot say in a few words how great my experience with Alex was. My organization's bank account was frozen due to a lawsuit from 5 years before in which a summary judgement was filed and no one on the current board was aware of the judgement. Alex examined the case and immediately noticed some proc...edural errors. He was able to get approximately $5000 in attorney's fees on the judgment dismissed, and then we obtained a settlement a settlement for approximately 10% of the remaining balance. We were even able to get the case dismissed with prejudice so that we could not be held liable again for the same case. I highly recommend Alex!

I went into Alex's office today thinking it was the end of the world, financially speaking. I thought my situation was complex, and impossible, and bankruptcy was the only thing I could do. As an LGBT person, I thought my spouse and I may not even be protected as a couple. I was really feeling hopele...ss. Alex had so much knowledge. Turns out my situation is not nearly as bad as I thought, and he even knew the laws about same sex couples....again, not scary or complicated at all, and totally protected. Turns out, after talking to him, I don't even need his help right now! Still, he gave me advice, and his consultation was free. I would have hired him today, but he was honest enough to tell me I could do this on my own. If I ever do need to hire a lawyer, Alex McClure is the only person I would hire. Get this....he even answered his phone personally. Thank you, Alex!!
