Attorney David Jancha received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Wabash College in Indiana, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.
While in law school, Mr. Jancha worked as an intern at the 7th Circuit State Attorney's Office in DeLand, Florida. After graduation and admission to the Florida Bar he accepted a position in Orlando, Florida as a Public Defender in the 9th Circuit.
Working with both the State Attorney's office and the Public Defender's office provided him with a vast understanding of the criminal justice system and extensive trial experience. Recognizing his dedication, commitment to clients, and reputation among his colleagues, in 2010 Mr. Jancha was hired as a criminal trial attorney and became partner at well-known Orlando, Florida law firm. In March of 2019, Mr. Jancha resigned as a partner to fulfill a dream and open his own firm, Jancha Law, P.A.
Mr. David Jancha has also been active in the legal community as well. Having previously served on the Board of Directors for the Criminal Section of the Orange County Bar Association and previously elected by his peers to serve on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
