It is clear from the start that Mr Ruff has been doing this a long time. Nobody likes to file for bankruptcy, and even the paperwork can seem daunting, but Mr Ruff has combined his knowledge and experience to make the situation more bearable. He has a series of videos that take you, step by step, thr...ough the entire bankruptcy process, up to and including how to drive to the courthouse, even where to park. That last detail was the one that helped me most, actually. I have some cognitive impairment that makes navigating even in such a small city as Gainesville challenging, even using GPS. His last video shows precisely how to get to the courthouse. The night before my courtdate I watched that video at least 30 times, trying to push the directions into longer-term memory. Because of that video I was able to make it to the courthouse on time without getting lost once ... which, trust me, is a rarity for me. Simple visual instructional videos that let me know what to expect, where to go, and the entire process. It didn't make bankruptcy any more fun, but it did make it make me much better prepared. I couldn't be more grateful.
