The FF&P have been my first choice and recommendation for personal injury.Atttorney Jack Fine and his Legal Assitant , Gabrielle Jenkins and Janice were awesome in their representaion of me after a second accident in four years. They took me through the law and were on point for assistance with all m...y needs. Large law firms brag about recovery but the client never meets or known them. FF&P is where you can actually speak to someone and get the benefit of talking to an attorney or staff that you see in the commercials.They are kind competent and real fighters for their clients.I highly recommend Attorney Jack Fine and his staff to take care of your needs.They will get the job done.

Best Firm Ever!!!!!!

I wish I could find strong enough words to express how amazing this firm is!!!!!! My daughter was attacked by a dog and was bit all over her face and arm. She was at school and we were hours away when we got the call. My husband immediately went to her , we were both kind of at a loss as to what to d...o. It was s Sunday and I called Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano . I had a wonderful gentleman answer and within minutes I had a call back from Mr. Jack Fine. His compassion and willingness to speak with me on a Sunday was just AMAZING!!!! From then forward we spoke with Gabrielle who is a true life angel. They were in contact every step of the way and we were very fortunate to have a great ending. My daughter was able to meet all of them and she was so emotional as though they were family. I can’t say enough about this wonderful firm.

I was in a car accident on 12/9/19 with my daughter. The other driver was at fault. I contacted the law office the next day and received an immediate response concerning my case. I met with Gabrielle not very long after that and my daughter and I immediately were referred to a chiropractor and starte...d receiving the therapy that we both needed. FF and P kept in contact throughout the following year even as Covid 19 shut down alot of businesses and face to face visitations. The legalities were always thoroughly explained and I always felt confident that my case was being handled in the most professional way with concern. Even when it came to the settlement agreement, my thoughts were asked and included. So I had a very high expectation that the outcome would be favorable to myself as well as my daughter, whom also received a settlement. I must say I am very pleased and appreciate everyone. From the ones who would transfer my calls to Gabrielle and Gabrielle herself, whom I should say gets 10 shiny stars for her professionalism, diligence a nd all around great attitude, love her! FF&P handled a case for me over 20 years ago, which won me a nice settlement and I never forgot their hospitality and eagerness to serve me so it was without hesitation that I called them again 23 plus years later. I am and my daughter are very satisfied with their service and I would highly recommended them to anyone. Thank you.

Injury due to product failure

I was badly injured when I dismounted my horse due to a brand new rein breaking (it was straight from the package from the manufacturer). I lost 3 months work and suffered through surgery and a lot of rehab. I wrote the company and explained what happened and they ignored my letter. I didn't want to... use the legal system or "sue them' as I had never done this before ever! It was intimidating to even think about! But Jack agreed to take my case and fight for me and I left it all to them as I got on with my life. The firm made the whole process painless and informed me every step of the way. Jack Fine is an outstanding human being and never arrogant or intimidating. He is truly a compassionate lawyer and a forward thinking person.
