power of attorney for injured person

the person that I represent was injured in a MVC. it was complicated because of Medicare/Medical liens and the need to set up an ABLE trust. Jack Fine and his team helped me through this process with great communication, timeliness and compassion.

I have heard so many good things about Fine, Farkash, and Parlapiano from Paul, one of their staff. I would not have known about the importantce of contacting a personal injury firm after a car accident, if it weren't for the information I was provided. Best Firm Ever!!!!!!

I wish I could find strong enough words to express how amazing this firm is!!!!!! My daughter was attacked by a dog and was bit all over her face and arm. She was at school and we were hours away when we got the call. My husband immediately went to her , we were both kind of at a loss as to what to d...o. It was s Sunday and I called Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano . I had a wonderful gentleman answer and within minutes I had a call back from Mr. Jack Fine. His compassion and willingness to speak with me on a Sunday was just AMAZING!!!! From then forward we spoke with Gabrielle who is a true life angel. They were in contact every step of the way and we were very fortunate to have a great ending. My daughter was able to meet all of them and she was so emotional as though they were family. I can’t say enough about this wonderful firm.

EXCEPTIONAL LEGAL COUNCIL
