Jack went above and beyond for my case, even visiting me in the hospital to take notes. He tenaciously worked on my case in the face of recalcitrant opposition and won me a fair and better than expected settlement. Injury due to product failure

I was badly injured when I dismounted my horse due to a brand new rein breaking (it was straight from the package from the manufacturer). I lost 3 months work and suffered through surgery and a lot of rehab. I wrote the company and explained what happened and they ignored my letter. I didn't want to... use the legal system or "sue them' as I had never done this before ever! It was intimidating to even think about! But Jack agreed to take my case and fight for me and I left it all to them as I got on with my life. The firm made the whole process painless and informed me every step of the way. Jack Fine is an outstanding human being and never arrogant or intimidating. He is truly a compassionate lawyer and a forward thinking person.

Jack Wonderful Lawyer and staff

Jack was wonderful to work with and everyone in the office was always so helpful. When it came down to the wire, he presented everything so well that we did not even have to go to trial. He really cares about his clients. I would recommend him if you are in an accident.

Excellent Attorney who will fight for you!

Mr. Fine and his assistant were great when they handled a case for me. I was rear ended by another driver while stopped at the light. Mr. Fine fought hard for me to get me a good settlement. I highly recommend him and his team.
