Respectful Trust

When I suddenly needed a lawyer, I picked up the phone book and started calling lawyers. I called 3 other lawyers before calling Christian. Each lawyer was very "cold" and all about money. I called Christian and he was the only lawyer that I called that had a friendly demeanor and offered me affordable prices. Because of Christians extensive investigation, and belief in my innocence, my case was dismissed. I am the type person that needs clear proof that someone deserves my respect. Christian Straile has earned my respect!

He’s the man as far as I’m concerned!

I obtained Christian’s service almost four years ago for a sealing of a case after another Attorney received payment and provided no service. He was successful in this task in a timely fashion and most of all communicated with me during the entire process. Even recently, he took time out of his day to research, explain and get right back to me regarding a question I had on a case long since resolved. In summary, Christian is transparent, honest, and proficient. He restored my belief that there exist honest, competent lawyers. I highly recommend this firm for all of your legal questions and more importantly, your legal problem(s).

The very best!!!

My wife was issued a leaving the scene ticket after both parties agreed that there was no damage to either car. The second party reported the accident after she got home. This serious ticket was a misdemeanor and required several court appearances. One within 10 days. I needed a lawyer that was familiar with the ADA in Ocala. He took the case and within a couple weeks all was settled. Never did go to court and avoided the 9 points that she was looking at. He had to do a lot of leg work to achieve this result. I'm 60 and have had to use a lawyer several times and what I have learned is you get what you pay for. Alan and Cris

Highly professional, talented and outstanding defense attorney and gentleman

In our life, we all encounter some negative unexpected events or situations that can be very stressful, but sometimes some events can be extremely stressful. At that time, we need help that someone would understand and offer professional help, who would also be a compassionate, kind and outstanding human being. I was in a situation that the “life just is not fair” and started looking for an Honest Attorney who would take my case and defend me. Criminal/Civil Trial

Wow. I was extremely happy i had Mr. Straille for my lawyer to represent me. Even though i live 600 miles from Florida, Mr. Straille stayed in contact with me at any/all times for my Criminal Jury Trial. I was amazed at his thoroughness and research in my case, how he worked in the courtroom was amazing. I was found 'not guilty'. A couple weeks later, i returned for an 'Injuntion', related, and hired him again for it. Well, we lost that, the Injuntion was passed. But he was just as thorough., having binders and law books, and using them in court. He even basically proved, or caught the other person lying, but the judge passed it anyway. Well.. just like i told Mr. Straille, If i had been found not guilty, or guilty, i know i had what i believe is the best attorney I could have possibly had. I would highly recommend Mr. Straille for anything legal.

Reasonable, logical, and knowledgable

Christian's communication skills with his clients is incredible. His knowledge of Florida law, and his ability to get you to think objectively in a stressful situation, make him a great lawyer to hire. I hired him based on his advice when he consulted with me over the phone late around midnight - for free - providing the advice I needed for that night. After hiring him, he was extremely responsive to email, texting, calls - everything to get my case together with very little time to do it. He's a great guy, I highly recommend him.

Best lawyer ever

Christian took on my case only 4 days prior to my final court date with very little evidence other than my legal documents. Stayed in contact with me the whole way through to get information needed to help in my case . Cannot say enough about what a great lawyer he is as well as he treats you as a friend not just another case. Would be my first choice again hands down. He has great presence in the court room.
