I practice throughout the State of Florida on matters ranging from Florida Land Use, Environmental, and unusual Real Estate matters for individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations. I also handle local government, coastal and marine issues, Florida navigation rights issues, and public interest matters. I am an experienced litigator with over 14 years of experience with many jury trials, non-jury trials and administrative hearings. I practice in both criminal and civil courts. I'm a former Assistant State Attorney, former Assistant General Counsel for the St. Johns River Water Mangement District and have served as of-counsel to small Florida municipalities.
