I hired the Lupella agency after a car accident and I am extremely unsatisfied with the results of my case. He seemed like a great guy with all the right answer at the right time however under performed to do his job to the best of his ability in my opinion. I truly feel a public defender could have ...gotten the same results as spending $12,500 for representation. Mr. Lupella had absolutely no contact during the 13 month case. I had to keep up with case through court records. I strongly consider you to interview your attorney as they work for you. I made a huge mistake and my Lawyer did nothing to help rectify the situation. The only reason I am given 2 stars is because he had a great staff Jen and David, unfortunately he let me down don’t be the next one he disappoints!

The outcome was not exactly how I wanted it but nonetheless I told him 2 things that I had to absolutely above all else have done a certain way, and he delivered 100% on the agreement Mr lupella was the only lawyer who had time for me when I called almost 6pm central time and spoke with him and we... discussed all possible aspects of the case and I felt really comfortable talking to me Lupella. I cannot thank him and his team enough for all the hard work they put in to my case. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him

In late 2015 I had one of the worst experiences of my life – I was cited for DUI. My government job was in jeopardy as well as my piece of mind. I immediately sought out T.S. “Shawn” Lupella to provide my defense and WOW, all charges were DISMISSED! From day one Shaw, was very upfront and honest w...ith me about the best and worst case scenarios. It took several months to get the in car video and Shawn stayed on top of it with multiple requests and even deposed the officer. We ended up scheduling a hearing to prove the traffic stop wasn’t warranted. Shawn was extremely thorough and proved, without a doubt, that the officer had no reason to pull me over in the first place and that I was not a danger to anyone. I liked that his payment was one fee no matter how long or short my case ended up being (especially since it took 6+ months). Although it was a very difficult time for me, my experience with Shawn (and Sarah) was outstanding. Now they are working on getting my record expunged! I would highly recommend this office if you need a criminal attorney for any reason.

I hired Mr. Lupella to assist me with a DUI charge. He was very knowledgeable on Florida DUI laws and potential outcomes for me. In the end he was able to get my charge reduced to Reckless Driving.
