I used Matthew to clear up some confusion with a credit card company. Best decision I ever made! Matt keeps the process simple and clean and made sure I understood the process from beginning to end!

I was sued over an automobile accident involving a vehicle I sold some time ago. Since I live In Chattanooga TN I was very perplexed about what to do. The vehicle had expired tags that were registered to me and the police filled out the accident report listing me as the owner. I e mailed Matthew on a Friday after finding him on a website Justia.com. I contacted several other attorneys also. I was very surprised when Matthew called me the next day on Saturday morning. After describing my case to him he assured me that the plaintofs had a very weak case and he thought he could help me. He was very reassuring and I enjoyed talking with him. I hired Matthew and felt very good about it. Matthew went to court and then he called and told me that the case was dismissed. Matthew was most efficient in dealing with a credit card company wrongfully effecting my credit rating, as well as a pending civil lawsuit from the same CC company. Through his legal expertise, the matter was resolved, my credit rating restored, and the suit dismissed, I even received an apology from the CC company. Job well done Mr Ausley.
