Incredible attorney - amazing work ethic, dedicated, responsive, professional

I chose Megan to represent me after screening 6 other lawyers and I am incredibly glad I did. The dedication, work ethic, responsiveness, and professionalism that she invested in fighting for me was incredible. One very VALUABLE advantage Megan brings for her clients - She was a Florida Board of He...alth prosecutor and thus has intimate knowledge and experience into how the professional licensing boards investigate/discipline. She regularly referenced those experiences and provided insight that I found very enlightening and helpful - understanding the underlying factors/mechanisms behind how the board acts and how she developed her plan to represent me. I had to appear before the Florida Board of Pharmacy as my pharmacist license application was under review due to my past discipline history. During my consultation with Megan, she patiently listened to my history and transparently walked me through possible outcomes of my case. She was clear and precise about what her plan would be - this is where I found Megan particularly remarkable and why I ultimately chose her. She provided detailed steps she would take and the rationale behind them [most of the other lawyers I spoke with had a very basic plan (i.e. just prep for questioning)]. She was explicit in describing all the possible outcomes and did not sugarcoat the negative ones (i.e. many of the lawyers would only state positive outcomes even when I pressed them - transparency is a characteristic I feel is really important in an attorney). When Megan speaks, there is a clear tenacity in her voice - you can tell she is passionate about her work. When Megan spoke about her past clients, I could sense the care and devotion she had in representing them as healthcare professionals. Once I retained Megan, she jumped on working my case right away even though my hearing was quite some time in the future. She did everything she outlined in her plan she described to me during my consultation and actually went even further! She reviewed all of her work with me and kept me informed of every update. Despite how busy she was she always remained accessible - Anytime I had questions or emailed her, she would respond within the hour. She was always patient while listening to my concerns and very thorough in answering my questions. I highly, highly recommend Megan Blancho - I cannot express how grateful I am for her dedication and hard work in helping me in my case.

A Warrior on Your Side

Megan was truly my warrior and savior! I was so blessed to have found her. She listened to me, and then led me through what needed to be done to get me through my awful predicament. Professional and Hard Working

She sets the bar!

My career was on the line when someone referred Megan Blancho to me. I was skeptical I was going to pay someone who was only half way involved in my case and not understand the effect this situation could have on my life. That was not the case at all. Megan is an absolute blessing. Ms.B...lancho's expert knowledge shined through along with her professionalism and excellent communication. I was never left unsure of what was going on in my case and she took the time to explain anything I wasn't clear on. Ms.Blancho is very personable and treated me like a respected human being. She even consulted with my criminal defense lawyer to explain what the result of my criminal charges would mean for my medical license. After some time, the DOH dropped my case. Megan was there every step of the way. Several months later I received a call from Ms.Blancho that the DOH had reopened my case in a different angle stating I was in violation of the Nurse Practice Act. I couldn't believe this. Hire Megan Now, Thank Her Later

I hired Megan as my defense attorney against the DOH. Megan was immediately available, it was clear that she had extensive experience dealing with the DOH, and I felt comfortable to hire her immediately. As with these cases, time is of the essence and Megan quickly got to work. She thoroughly explain...ed what was to be expected, answered any questions throughout the process, and provided reassurance. Thanks to Megan, my case is finally closed with a favorable outcome (we won) and my nightmare is over. When it comes to the DOH/BON, you DO NOT want to delay hiring representation and you want someone with with experience and expertise is this area. Hire her now, thank her later.
