Real estate transaction
Our family hired attorney Crandall to assist us in a real estate transaction. It was highly time sensitive and fairly complicated. Mr. Crandall did an excellent job and helped us to reach our goals. We would highly recommend him.

Partition Case
Jeremy helped me settle a partition case with a settlement, without needing to go to the magistrate. It was his efforts that led to the settlement, as all communication between myself and the other party had stopped (due to emotions).
