Amazing attorney

Mark has been amazing at helping me start and maintain two LLC's and multiple other business and non profit matters, as well as traffic and insurance issues over the years. He is knowledgeable and helpful in various aspects of law.

HE HID MY FATHERS LAST WILL AND TESTIMENT

2015 my father died Mark Welton lied to me saying my father did not have a will. My mother and him PLACED my money in a hedge fund TAKING out LLCS for individual protection against them making money thru the profit share of my funds What is so disgusting is this man knew my daddy personally bough...t a business from him and claims he is Christian but lies and cheats his clients. He did not respect my daddy wishes. I am currently in the process to ensure he never does this to another client again

I recommend

He was very helpful and shared as the case went along. Mark is a lawyer who prayed with me and although lawyer fees can be outrageous; his charges were much less then a previous lawyer in Destin.

Worth using

Honest, hard working and trustworthy. He has great personal skills, was very affordable and worth using again.
