Keith William Weidner

About me

Mr. Weidner is a native Floridian originally fromWest Palm Beach.  After serving 4 years in the Marine Corps infantry, Mr. Weidner attended the University of Florida College of Law. He moved to the Florida Panhandle to build his plaintiff only law practice.

Mr. Weidner is married with a young son. He is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Kid’s House and the East Hill Music Festival. He enjoys, travel, skiing, food, and movies.

Keith Weidner has built his practice based on his reputation of consistently providing excellent client service. Mr. Weidner strives to build a relationship with his clients instead of treating their cases like an arms length transaction. He believes the best way to serve his client is by “giving them direct access to their attorney when they want it.” He is known to say, “the staff at my firm are used to help the client’s case, not insolate the attorney from their client.”

Are you an attorney? Endorse this lawyer

I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Weidner was my opposing counsel on a matter involving a property insurance dispute. He represented his client zealously and professionally through trial after taking over for another attorney who, after litigating the file for approximately five (5) years, decided that he did not feel confident in his abilities to try the case. Mr. Weidner took over the file and tried the case shortly after receiving the file. Mr. Weidner seemed very interested in bringing his client finality to her claim in a time efficient manner. This is very important in a profession where the one of the most common client complaints is that the lawyer took too long to resolve the client’s problem.

I strongly endorse Mr. Weidner as an attorney. He is experienced. He is bright. He is passionate about his work. If myself or anyone in my family needed an attorney, I would feel very trusted to hire him. I have referred many clients to him and he has done an excellent job one each of these referrals.
